The MyDigiTwin consortium creates and investigates users' personal "Digital Twin" allowing cardiovascular disease detection, risk assessment, and visualization of the potential effect of personalized therapeutic interventions. We aim to significantly improve early detection and promote risk self-management of cardiovascular diseases.

 

MyDigiTwin's output includes personalized risk evaluation, comprehensive health records based on the user’s profile and comparison against reference data to promote shared decision-making and patient-driven care.
